Andy AN Conghui

Mr. Andy An Conghui is currently Chief Executive Officer of Geely Holding Group, Chairman of Geely Auto Group, and Chairman of Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology (ENERGEE)

Mr. An joined Geely Holding in 1996, and has held many key positions since, including Chief Engineer, General Manager, Vice President, and President. Since the early days of Geely Auto, Mr. An has participated in and led the construction of several manufacturing bases and the development and production of several top-selling models.

While serving as President and CEO of Geely Auto Group from 2011 to 2021, Mr. An oversaw the outstanding results achieved by the Group’s management and employees. Geely Auto Group has seen systematic improvements in its design, R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and service helping it become the world’s top Chinese automaker in terms of passenger vehicle sales for four consecutive years. Making progress in its global expansion, the Group under his leadership promoted the integrated development of Geely and Volvo, established European R&D centres, and created the Lynk & Co brand utilizing the CMA architecture which has become a model for high-end global brand development by Chinese automakers. He has also been instrumental to the Zeekr brand, with products based on the premium new energy SEA architecture further elevating Chinese brands and has gained the admiration of global consumers. Under his management, the Group has made improvements to the cultivation of home-grown industry talents with a large number of young talents rising to the fore.

Mr. An has been widely recognized for his achievements in the automotive industry over the past two decades. He has been recognized as an outstanding figure in China’s automotive industry rich in industry insights and senior managerial experience.

Mr. An graduated from the Hubei University of Economics and Management with a degree in Accounting. In 2013, he completed the EMBA program at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
